Of course, we here at One Long Groove LOVE our vinyl, but we also realize that not all vinyl plays well anymore. Old records are often well-loved – too well loved to be suitable for playing anymore. We have some of those lying around that we just haven’t had the heart to throw out. They just sit there and collect dust.
One day recently, our most creative colleague, Mama Meg, said “Hey, I know what I can do with that… fire up the oven!” Intrigued, we did as we were told. A few minutes later, in she walks into the OLG kitchen with the stack of old albums and an idea she saw on the web. A couple hours later, we had cool LP Dishware! And now, you can have some too!
Each groovy piece of LP Dishware is unique & completely handmade from real recycled vintage LP records. There are four basic forms available – Platters, Chip Bowls, Dip Bowls and Coasters (made from 45’s). You can do any number of things with these different styles of LP dishware, such as:

Treat your LP Dishware as you would any of your old LP’s. They are to be used for serving dry goods only. No liquids or hot items. Not dishwasher safe, not microwave safe, wipes clean with damp cloth. Keep them away from extreme heat and blazing sun.
